Which service is right for me?

If you are unsure, you are welcome to get in touch. Ciara can help you explore whether Somatic Coaching, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga or EMDR feels most appropriate.

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic Coaching uses body-based awareness and reflective dialogue to support self-awareness, nervous system regulation and more choice in how you respond to life.

What is Trauma-Sensitive Yoga?

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is a gentle, body-based approach that prioritises choice, agency and interoceptive awareness rather than performance or achieving particular postures.

What is EMDR?

EMDR is a structured therapeutic approach that can support the processing and integration of traumatic or distressing experiences.

Do I need previous experience?

No. Sessions are adapted to your needs and move at a pace that supports safety, choice and comfort.

How do I begin?
